Health Qigong/Tai Chi Classes for Beginners

The Health Qigong and Tai Chi classes will start week beginning Monday 19th September for 12 weeks.

The beginners’ classes will introduce general warm-up, leg stretch, Qigong/Tai Chi breathing exercises, Ba-Duan-Jin and 8-step Tai Chi.
